Our charming rooms, named after our local rivers, offer a feeling that only comes with centuries old buildings. Expect uneven floors (with the odd creaky floorboard), beams and thick uneven cottage walls. Whilst each room has individual characteristics, they all come with contemporary facilities and clean and modern en-suite shower rooms with luxury bath towels and toiletries. Peaceful rooms and comfortable beds will ensure a great night’s sleep.

All rooms also have free-view LCD television, free wireless internet access and hairdryer. Complementary trays with tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities with bottled Devon spring water and biscuits are replenished daily.
